As all KNOWOL products are printed to order we are unable to offer refunds on items once they have shipped. If your order arrives damaged or the incorrect item is received, please email a photo of the item and your order number to support@knowol.com and we will expedite a reshipment of the correct item. If you are unhappy with the item received for any other reason we do offer exchanges in certain circumstances, so please email us with the reason for the exchange and we will do our best to help you!
